• This website is an online store selling machines, tools, and various types of home and professional use. It is the electronic presence of the sole proprietorship Tsichlis Evangelos based in Neapoli, Lassithi, Crete (opposite the stadium).
• Our company aims to protect the consumer in accordance with applicable law. All transactions you make through www.tsixlis.gr are governed by international, European and Greek law governing matters relating to e-commerce, as well as the law on consumer protection (Law 2251/1994) governing matters on distance sales. We point out that the user of the online store www.tsixlis.gr must accept the terms of use before any conciliation with our store.
• The content of the website and the logo of www.tsixlis.gr are the property of the company under the name Tsichlis Evangelos. Your access to this website should not be construed as an endorsement, final or otherwise, of any license or right to use any articles, photos, designs or symbols appearing on this website, without our prior written consent or any third party owner.

PRODUCT GUARANTEES

• The machines and tools are accompanied by the official warranty of each manufacturer. 
• The warranty period and terms of the warranty are specified by the manufacturer. 
• The product which is covered by the manufacturer's warranty can be sent for repair either to our store or directly to the respective dealership. 
• The product must be accompanied by proof of purchase or invoice and meet the terms of the warranty. 
• In case the product is sent for repair to our store, the shipping costs of the product are borne by the customer. 
• The product must be used for the work for which it is intended and in accordance with the instructions in the user manual.

PRODUCT RETURN TERMS - PRODUCT CHANGE

• In case you want to return a product you must contact our store within 5 days from the day you received the product and inform about the reason for returning the product.
• The product packaging must not have been tampered with in any way and the product must be in the condition in which you received it.
• The product upon return must be accompanied by proof of purchase or invoice.
• The product must be returned within 10 working days from the date of receipt by the buyer.
• Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
• In case the above conditions are not met, the product is returned to the buyer.
• You can exchange the product you return with another of equal or greater value.
• In case a proven defective product is found, our company assumes the costs of returning the product and its immediate replacement. In this case, contact us for details of the product defect.
• For your convenience, we recommend that you inspect the packaging of the product when you receive it for any obvious damage to the packaging that may have occurred during transport.

CANCEL AN ORDER

• An order is canceled only when it has not been delivered or is not in the shipping process. 
• You must contact us by phone to proceed with the cancellation of your order.

PRODUCT SHIPPING TIME

• Our products, if available in our store, are usually shipped within 1-5 working days depending on the place of shipment.
• The above deadlines do not apply in periods of extreme weather events or strikes and in any case of force majeure that may affect the transport time.
• In addition, our online store has reservations about the delivery time of orders in case the products of the order are not available in our store or from the respective supplier.
• In these cases we take care of your immediate information.

PRIVACY

A necessary condition for the commencement of the conciliation between us is the disclosure by you of some of your personal information.

When you place an order, as well as when you register a user on our website www.tsixlis.gr you will be asked for your name, billing address and the address to which the products will be sent (in case it differs), your phone number , your email address (e-mail) and your date of birth (optional).

Under no circumstances will you be asked for any other personal information such as a credit card number or passwords other than the one you entered during registration. 

Tsixlis.gr, obeying the principles of personal data protection provided by the relevant laws and international conventions is not going to make any unfair use without your prior approval. The information you provide during your registration will be used only to send your order and to be informed of its progress. 

In addition, your e-mail address may be used to send promotional material from our company, such as information about new products or offers. You can at any time stop receiving updates (newsletters) by sending a message to info@tsixlis.gr or by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of the newsletter you have received. You can also delete your account at any time and all the information you have stated during your registration.
