The outer casing of the tank is made of aluminum sheet painted with Seaside Class electrostatic paint for greater protection. While the inner part of the tank is made of 3mm thick low-carbon steel with double enameling, with the addition of titanium at a baking temperature of 860°C according to DIN 4753 standards. The closed-circuit jacket is made of 1.5mm thick steel. The tank insulation is made of ecological expanded polyurethane [52kgr/m³] 50mm thick without chlorofluorocarbons. With 3.5 kW electrical resistance with safety thermostat. Triple energy offers the consumer the alternative of connecting the Skyland solar system to their central heating (radiator).
The collector frame is made of unbreakable security glass, 4mm thick, with a transmittance coefficient of τ ≥ 0.90, low iron content and a constant expansion coefficient, resistant to adverse weather conditions. The base of the solar water heater is made of a special galvanizing coating.
